Melissa has been a part of the Storage Depot team since 2008. As the Facilities Director she oversees the operations of the two Storage Depot facilities in Dunlap.

She serves as a Board Member of the Tennessee Self Storage Association. In April of 2009 she successfully completed the Self Storage Association Manager Certification Program and now holds the designation of Certified Self-Storage Manager.
